Neuraxpharm is looking for a Junior Formulation Development Scientist based in Barcelona (hybrid role) Your mission: Design, plan and supervise the execution of the tasks needed for the galenic development of a pharmaceutical drug product, using the necessary resources, internal or external to the department, in order to obtain, according to the stablished quality guidelines (GxP, ICH, ...), all the necessary information for the registration and marketing of new pharmaceutical drug products. Your major accountabilities: Design galenic formulations and establish manufacturing procedures at laboratory, pilot and industrial scales. Plan, participate and / or supervise the preparation of the formulations within the established deadlines. Supervise the physical-chemical and pharmacotechnical trials corresponding to the preformulation, galenic development, scaling-up and stability studies and analyze the results obtained. Elaborate all the documentation needed to carry out the different stages of the preformulation, galenic development, scaling-up and stability studies of the products. Prepare the medication and the documentation needed for clinical trials. Write different sections of the Module III of the Registration dossier in collaboration with the Analysis scientists. Carry out the technology transfer to the Production department for the manufacture of industrial batches. We would like you to have: At least 2 years of experience as a Galenical Scientist At least 6 months training as a Galenical Scientist GMP, Scientific guidelines (ICH, EMA, FDA, ASEAN…) Quality by design / Experimental design, Statistical knowledge MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access,…), Smartsheet Experience in Risk assessment Degree in pharmacy, engineering, sciences or an equivalent education. Masters related to pharmaceuticals development and manufacturing of pharmaceutical products.
