The company is a global partner for reliable deck equipment and lifesaving appliances and supplies high-quality products to fulfill standardized and customized demands.To strengthen the Davits team from our client company in Salzburg / Austria we are looking for a Engineering Manager Davits. ____ TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES• Lead, coordinate and develop engineering teams within the davits product group on multiple locations.• Contribute to the product management of the davits product group in alignment with the overall company strategy and marked demand.• Contribute to the definition and achievement of long-term strategic goals.• Plan and control projects and R&D; budgets.• Collaborate with other product groups and business partners within the entire value chain.• Improve engineering related procedures and guidelines to meet future requirements. ____ QUALIFICATIONSYou like to develop new ideas?
