YOUR MISSION: Provide electrical engineering service to the business in line with the defined processes focusing on project management, manufacturing support and continuous improvement. YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for electrical specification, line control standards, their implementation and realisation in capital projects International projects in the field of electrical control and automation technique including plant power supply and energy distribution. Management of projects and sub projects by involving the local responsible system partner : scope of work and creating bid documents : time and resource scheduling, : supplier selection and negotiation in conjunction with purchasing, : implementation, commissioning, cost control with support from controlling and project management : documentation and spare parts Coaching of the local electrical team for the new equipment, line control and SCADA. Start: up support in plc programming,data exchange, machine performance analyses and improvement. Systems in use: Confidencial TIA, Rockwell Studio 5000, Bosch IndraWorks, Inductive automation Ignition. Compliance with the Company Management Systems (e.g. Project, Quality, Environmental, Health and Safety Regulations); Compliance with latest international rules, regulations and standards; Compliance with Ardagh Metal Packaging business. : Pro: actively update on latest internal and external rules and regulations. : Application of actual rules and regulations in daily business. Actively interfere on recognition of ignored rules and regulation of others Close collaboration with other functions like Innovation, Legal, Procurement, Finance, Quality etc. Standardization and harmonization of manufacturing processes and equipment across the AMP locations. : Request and provide information from other functions. Include other function's information into work procedures. : Drive the standardization approach using actively the ABP tool to place ABP's and transform active ones into equipment spec's. Maintain and extend supplier contacts and observe the relevant market for new technologies and equipment. Initiate and execute manufacturing process and equipment improvements in line with defined business processes. Support benchmarking exercises by collecting and analyzing data and developing improvement programs. Provide manufacturing support in line with defined business processes. : Organize regular information exchange with 3rd party via web, meeting visit or fair. : Organize regular information exchange with internal stake holders.
