The Role: As the Client Success Manager - Team Lead at Kooomo, you will not only be the primary point of contact for our merchants but also take on the responsibility of building and leading a team of client success managers across Europe. Your role will involve working closely with merchants to understand their needs, guiding them through the implementation and use of our platform, and ensuring they maximize the benefits of our eCommerce solutions. Additionally, you will be responsible for mentoring and developing your team, ensuring they deliver exceptional service and contribute to the overall success of our clients and Kooomo. The Mission:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with merchants, understanding their business goals and challenges, and ensuring they are successfully using the Kooomo platform and merchant services
  • Build, lead, and mentor a team of client success managers across Europe, setting high performance standards and fostering a culture of excellence
  • Act as a liaison between merchants, eCommerce agencies, and internal teams to ensure client needs are met and exceeded
  • Onboard new clients, providing training and support to ensure a smooth transition to the Kooomo platform
  • Monitor client accounts and team performance, identifying opportunities for growth and providing strategic recommendations to enhance eCommerce success
  • Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly, maintaining high levels of client satisfaction
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify and develop upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Gather client feedback and work with the product development team to enhance the Kooomo platform
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in client success or account management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role, preferably in the SaaS or eCommerce industry
  • Proven track record of building and leading successful client success teams
  • Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms and digital marketing strategies
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills and strategic thinking abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team
