We are looking for an Events Manager for one of the major player in the luxury sector. Working within the Marketing & Communication Department, the Events Manager reports to the Head of Communication. This role is responsible for managing and leading the Events strategy of the Maison in the local market and the implementation of events across the network for both commercial and image-driven events.

This person must have proven experience to handle multiple projects simultaneously and is comfortable and successful in a fast-paced environment.

The Events Manager will be responsible as well for managing all travel, entertainment, and gifting requirements for our VIP clients during local and international events. He/She will work in close collaboration with multiple internal departments and external parties to ensure the delivery of outstanding and bespoke experiences for our Clients.


  • Organize event strategic planning process, compiling requests, establishing KPIs and clear objectives for the subsidiary strategy of events.
  • Coordinate and execute production of select network events from concept creation, production, and implementation.
  • Manage a pool of external agencies. Provide onsite logistics and ad-hoc support during “Event” time.
  • Support all pre-event and on-site logistics of assigned events including but not limited to invitation production, catering, décor, photographers, seating, audio visual, etc.
  • Travel to provide on-site event support when required.
  • Compile event recaps for internal distribution via executive reports to be shared with Iberia stakeholders including proven and measured tangible KPIs and metrics of success/ performance.
  • Maintain and monitor budget for events to include processing invoices, monthly reclasses & accruals.
  • Working closely with the Marketing, CRM and Commerical teams, in the coordination of invitation mailings, guest list databases and RSVPs.


  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Experience and background in the luxury and/or fashion sector could be beneficial.
  • Experience in boutiques.
  • Notions and basic knowledge of the Communication area and recent trends in the local market.
  • 3-4 years experience in Events production, coordination and conceptualization.
  • Fluent in English is mandatory; French language is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to communicate effectively both orally and written.
  • Excellent organizational, planning and time management skills. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and is comfortable and successful in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative problem solver, detail oriented and a self-starter.
  • Ability to work effectively with all company levels from senior management to outside partners and support staff.
  • Ability to work both as part of a team and independently; demonstrates initiative. Must be a team player, enthusiastic, positive, professional, and polished.
  • Ability and willingness to work extended hours and travel, if required.
  • High proficiency in Excel, Powerpoint. Further experience with e-design tools (Indesign, Photoshop, etc.) is a benefit.
