Customer Service (English and European Language)

Important Gaming company is looking for a Customer Service Specialist with native level of English and another European language to be part of their Customer service team.

Responsibilities:

  • Process, monitor, and follow-up customers' purchasing orders Ensure effective service
  • Telephone service, offers, orders, documentation, etc.
  • Introducing orders to the programs such as SAGE or Salesforce
  • Being aware of sales, operations, products and finances

Requisitos

  • Mandatory English and another European Language (Spanish excluded)
  • Experience with SAGE or Salesforce
  • 2/3 years of previous experience as a Customer service

  • Salary: 30.000 € gross per month
  • 12 months contract
  • Possibility to telework for 1/2 days per week
