Neuraxpharm is searching for a vacancy : Corporate Product Manager

Job Purpose

  • Develop global brand plans for the assigned products, working jointly with corporate medical, priority country marketing teams and CPAI, to define the product strategies along with implementation actions and market tracking
  • Lead brand governance and performance tracking together with CPAI. Design the communication plans and cultivate relationships with key opinion leaders
  • Drive excellence/best practice within marketing across the group
  • Assess potential of new opportunities jointly with Business Development or M&A

Major Accountabilities Brand Plan Develop global brand plans for the assigned products ensuring close collaboration with priority country leads colleagues to create and own product vision & strategy, business plans, product roadmaps, customer personas, key brand messages, guidelines on promotional material, guidelines on pricing strategy and market requirements Along with the CPAI leads elaborate, and follow-up market research plans, market analysis and implementation actions for the assigned products Lead development of key promotional material and key activities in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders Prepare sales and demand forecasts as a basis for the definition of the strategy and investment for the assigned products Brand Governance Lead monthly brand governance meeting to find solutions for areas of improvement (e.g., messaging, commercial performance) for the assigned brands Along with the CPAI leads, monitor, and continuously analyze actual versus planned performance, anticipate trends in the countries and propose adjustments if necessary Others Develop communication plans, including strategic goals and priorities for the assigned products Organize and lead best practice meetings and implement other suitable means to ensure marketing excellence across the group Establish and maintain good relationships with key opinion leaders in the field

Requirements :

  • Minimum 5 years of strategic and hands-on experience in Marketing and Sales departments in at least one European country, with at least 3 years working as Product/Brand/Marketing
  • Manager for prescription products in a pharmaceutical company.
  • Experience with marketing and/or sales of CNS products in Psychiatry Ideal Experience
  • 3 years working as Product/Brand/Marketing Manager in a corporate marketing role or at least in 2 countries in a pharmaceutical company Specific Knowledge
  • Solid understanding of classical and digital interaction with different customers and
  • Product launch experience, Marketing Plan development, market research
  • Strategic thinking and hands-on execution. Business acumen and good sense of priorities,

stakeholders structured, results-oriented, and efficient. Superb problem-solving and organization skills.

  • Convincing, service minded, self-motivated and persuasive personality with ethical values. Positive thinking.
  • Experience with key MS Office tools and ability to quickly use new tools
