Recruitment Manager

¿Dónde trabajarás? : Our company is a Recruitment agency located in Barcelona.

¿Qué harás? :

• As a Recruitment Manager, your main responsibilities will be:
• You will be managing the recruitment team ( daily and weekly meetings, monitoring processes of recruitment consultants, KPI tracking and analysing performance,...).
• Taking part in the decision process of the department.
• You will be responsible for resources and activities allocation considering workload and results.
• Recruitment coordination of large scale projects.
• Training and coaching of new employees.
• You will be responsible for client satisfaction and follow up
• You will participate in periodic meetings with the client
• You will ensure the quality of the service and provide ideas for improvement.

¿A quién buscamos? :

• You are the person we are looking for if:
• You have experience in recruitment and coordinating teams or recruitment projects.
• You have an advanced level of English and Spanish. Other languages are an additional asset.
• You have a university education preferably in Economics, Labor Relations or similar.
• You are client and results oriented, with communication skills, proactive, with critical capacity and attention to detail.
• You want to develop your career and keep growing with us.
• knowledge in excel
