Customer Service Agent with native German and Spanish

Description: If you are native Italian and are passionate about tourism, we want to meet you! You will join a booming start-up and be part of a dynamic, multicultural team.   You will join a French international start-up located in Barcelona and be part of a young multicultural team.   As a Customer Success & Operations, your main function will be to become an adviser to your customers and partners.   During your day to day: You will act as an adviser to our customers and partners via phone and email. You will be in charge of identifying and analyzing customer issues. We will also love if you make recommendations about product improvement. You will be in charge of collecting information with the sales teams. You will be responsible for creating car park content and ensuring quick online release. Requirements: You are the person we are looking for if: You have a native level of German and are bilingual in Spanish. You speak English at an advanced level.
