We are looking for a sales leader to take on the strategic role of Head of New Installation Sales for Europe & Africa. In this role you will steer the New Installation sales strategy and drive performance improvement. You will champion and deploy sales excellence initiatives, guide data-driven performance steering, and act as customer advocate to address and resolve challenges within our sales organizations across the region.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Performance Steering:

Monitor sales KPI metrics across Europe and steer performance to foster Order Intake growth. Analyse data, identify trends, and formulate actionable insights to optimize sales strategies. Support with order intake forecasting. Liaise closely with regional sales managers and directors to ensure alignment between strategic goals and local implementation. Foster a collaborative environment of knowledge sharing and problem-solving across the European sales network.

Sales Excellence:

Develop a framework to drive Sales Excellence across Europe in multiple dimensions: pricing, sales coverage, skills, sales systems and sales support tools. Deploy the framework considering the different level of maturity, resources and IT tools in the countries. Monitor and steer adherence to the framework, results and adjust if necessary. Develop and support with tools, templates, training design, incentive programs, awards programs…to drive consistency and continuous improvement in sales capabilities.

Customer advocate

Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and decision-makers, ensuring alignment with their needs and expectations. Act as the voice of the customer within the organization, providing feedback and insights on market trends, customer satisfaction, and product performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the development and implementation of customer-centric solutions, such as new products, services, or processes.

  • Experience: 5+ years of proven success in a senior-level sales role within the elevator industry or a closely related B2B capital equipment field.
  • Skills: Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Ability to translate data into actionable strategies that drive tangible sales growth. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to motivate and influence teams across diverse cultures and organizational structures.
  • Languages: Fluency in English essential; proficiency in additional European languages is highly advantageous.
