Help Desk Technician

Your tasks would be for the following: Install and check all the requirements of our web system to operate both new agents equipment and former agents formatted PC´s

  • Diagnose and resolve technical software issues presented by the agents to guarantee the operability of the Web System
  • Qualifications
  • Work experience in IT background or IT interest would be a plus
  • High knowledge of MS Windows and Internet Explorer
  • High knowledge of the Office Pack
  • Excellent skills installing computers and peripherals
  • Excellent communications skills (both oral and written) in German
