Behind the user-friendly iOS and Android apps and webpage that work across the world is the engineering team. We are in charge of creating, developing, improving, and maintaining all Fever services so that more people can have an amazing experience

About the team : The Research team at Fever increases revenue and customer & partner satisfaction by identifying, developing and implementing improvements in the experiences we offer - online and offline.

We work with teams across the entire organisation to make every experience 5

About the role : Your tasks will include:

  • Designing and/or executing research methodologies to answer business questions.
  • Identifying business opportunities from the above, and any other research as relevant.
  • Preparing & delivering concise business recommendations for teammates or partners.
  • Driving implementation of recommendations and tracking their business impact.
  • Working closely with teams such as Marketing or Experiences.
  • Learning from this all along the way, and getting better every time you do it.

About you : All backgrounds welcome.

  • Essential:

  • 5+ years of professional experience.

  • Idiomatic fluency in English - Native is ideal, Bilingual is absolute minimum.

  • Adaptable, proactive, analytical, perceptive and mindful of detail.

  • Creative thinker who likes to bring new ideas to the table.

  • High sense of ownership, urgency, and drive.

  • Strong time-management skills.

  • Strong communication skills.

  • Nice-to-haves:

  • Familiarity with GIS.

  • Past experience in User Research / UX Research / Design Research / Product Research / Product Development / Product Management.

  • Past experience in Marketing / Consumer Insights / Innovation / Market Research.

  • Past experience in Sociology / Anthropology / Psychology / Cultural Studies / Social Sciences.

  • Past experience in Geography / Urban Planning / Real Estate / Public Policy.

  • Past experience in Engineering / Computer Science.
