HR Global Manager

We are looking for a HR Global Manager responsible to manage HR activities of all the group companies, (headquarter in Spain (Barcelona), Laboratory in Italy (Tortona), Production centre & Laboratory in China (Xiamen), Malaysia (Jitra)) and for the new locations we planned to open in a future.

Duties and Responsabilities :

  • Manage the interviews by him/herself and with the related MATGroup responsible
  • Propose and organize team building actions
  • Anticipate the employees needs to build the best place to work
  • Anticipate the new employees needs to develop his/her job
  • Be in charge of organizational culture to ensure that all employees know the culture of the company
  • Define the group salary strategy
  • Define and release the yearly MBO
  • Manage all related documents externally with the labor agency and internally (binding offers, UNE documents, LOPD documents (related to employees),.)
  • Manage Yearly working calendar and the Holidays control per country
  • Labor Risk Prevention
  • Manage Employees register (HR DDBB)
  • Evaluate the performance of work teams and identify which are the points to improve and assess whether it is necessary to design a training plan
  • Define the personal development plan for each employee and update it yearly
  • Manage and distribute “internal rules”

Education and Experience : At least 5 years’ experience in the same position preferably in company with facility in Europe and in China.
