At one of our German locations we are looking for a Technical Global Support Engineer* A&N.

YOUR TASKS

  • Provide courteous and professional technical support to customers and internal staff to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction
  • Research technical problems using problem analysis techniques, knowledge bases, problem simulation, cross-functional collaboration and other skills
  • Help improve our customer self-service knowledge base by creating and publishing technical articles
  • Set up technical environments to replicate issues as needed
  • Take initiative to acquire and improve product knowledge of SAG products and platforms and supporting technologies

YOUR PROFILE

  • Completed studies in computer science, business informatics or a comparable education at a university of applied sciences, university of cooperative education, vocational school
  • You are proficient in at least one transaction or object-oriented programming language and are familiar with relational databases
  • You have operating system knowledge such as Windows, Linux or z / OS
  • Structured thinking and analytical skills are among your strengths
  • You are familiar with diagnosing product problems and appreciate the challenge of finding solutions to complex problems
  • You are a team player who enjoys working in a stimulating, international environment that offers many opportunities to strengthen your technical skills through a generous training program
  • You enjoy working with multicultural colleagues and customers and put the customer first in your work
  • You are proficient in German or Spanish, at least level C1, and English, both written and spoken
  • You like to work in teams and convince with your communication skills
