Job Description: As an International Recruiter at Recruit4Work, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and placing candidates in a variety of positions across different industries and locations in Europe. You will utilize your exceptional communication skills, networking abilities, and a keen eye for talent to match candidates with the perfect opportunities. Responsibilities: Source potential candidates through online channels, networking, and referrals. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability. Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for various roles and industries. Collaborate closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and preferences. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from candidate sourcing to offer negotiation and placement. Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process. Keep abreast of industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities. Meet and exceed individual and team-based recruitment targets. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field preferred. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Proficiency in Spanish and English is essential; fluency in a third language is highly desirable. Demonstrated ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team. High level of organization and attention to detail. Enthusiasm for learning and a proactive approach to personal and professional development.
