The Role

We are looking for a person with a data-driven, analytical and customer-centric mindset, focused on projects management and problem-solving skills. You will be working in a collaborative and global environment whilst creating and maintaining dashboards to measure and monitor processes and projects with KPIs, making data analysis and getting data insights to detect early warnings and trends that allow to increase customer satisfaction and process performance, and also supporting local units with the different initiatives, projects and issues that may appear

What You’ll Do

• Create and maintain dashboards in Power BI and other platforms
• Coordinate global initiatives and projects
• Get data insights from different sources
• Make data analysis
• Preparation of reports and ppts
• Participate in 2nd level support role by using jira

What You’ll Bring

• + 2 years of experience
• Bachelor’s degree, technical engineering or equivalent
• Further training and experience in Projects and data management
• Fluent command of spoken and written English
• _Expert level in Microsoft Excel/Access/Powerpoint and PowerBI_
• Familiar with working on KPIs
• Data analitical
• Databases management skills will be a plus
• Experience working with Jira and SharePoints will be desirable
• Team player
• Determined to succeed
