Billing Analyst French-speaking

What is this job about? : In this role as Billing Analyst , your goal is to perform transactional tasks with high speed & accuracy.

On a daily basis, you will focus on providing a great customer experience , but ensuring correct billings and invoices . You will also participate in data analysis and development projects, helping to automatise and optimise procedures.

Your challenges :

• Ensure full legal compliance with customers, by the correct processing of customer billings & invoices
• Archive all relevant information
• Assist in internal accounting & reporting activities, resolving any errors or queries
• Assure that all automatic and manual processes are accurate
• Support the development and implementation of new work processes, such as billing automation

What do you need to apply? :

• Language skills: advanced (C1+) level in English & and upper-intermediate (B2+) level of French
• Strong interest or up to 3 years of experience working in an office environment (preferably in finance, accounting or billing)
• Experience in Customer Care
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and IT
• Knowledge of Billings & Invoices
