Roles and responsabilities : The BLM's mission is to optimize to growth and profitability of the Division through effective management of available resources. In collaboration with the management team, your main mission will be:

  • Implement and Maintain the business strategy of the Company
  • Elaborate and implement an ambitious plan to achieve a strong profitable growth
  • Lead the Team to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction adapting our organization and our processes to the needs of customers, Direct, Rental and Distributors
  • Monitor the KPIs development, resulting in corrective/preventive actions,
  • Support aftermarket set up for all products from Divisions and Implement a culture of continuous improvement
  • Ensure that our sales channels understand and implement the strategy
  • Ensure appropriate staffing and train for necessary competence levels,
  • Prepare business strategy and action planning in cooperation with Equipment BLM's
  • Liaise with Division on technical issues and pricing (including technical and warranty reporting)
  • Actively manage key customer relations, important Parts and Services issues
  • Analyzing the financial aspects of Parts business and take actions when necessary
  • Interact with other Business Line Managers to further develop and optimize customer sales strategies and to engage and strengthen customer relationship

Experience: You are degreed from a Business School or you have an university degree in technical and/or management/sales school (MBA is a plus). You have at least 5 years of experience in team management and have a solid knowledge in dealer management / rental companies in industry/construction areas. You have an appetite for technical products.

Required Skills: English is fluent. (speaking Portuguese, spanish or italian could be an added value) You are an expert in Excel and you are comfortable with IT and digital tools in general. Knowledge of a CRM is necessary. In addition, you have strong interpersonal skills as well as good listening and analysis. You are dynamic, autonomous, proactive and enjoy teamwork.

Further information: Sector: South Europe (covering Spain, Italy & Portugal) Business travels up to 50% of your time will be expected on the territory. Business travels are also expected in the European Union. Position located in Milan, Lisbonne or Madrid
