Responsibilities In this position you will be responsible for coordinating and solve logistical tasks for the Sales Business Units (SBU's), Construction Tools Hub's (CTH), Global Procurement (GP) and Technology & Service Solutions (TSS) under the overall strategy of Construction Tools. • Primary tasks are divided within four areas: • Handling of customer orders from the individual SBU projects or Service units. • Coordinating transportation between Construction Tools Hub and worldwide allocated customer. • Control stocks availability and provide solutions to avoid Project stops. • Logistic and Technical support to construction sites and service operations • Logistic and Technical support to the regional Construction Tools warehouses Qualifications • Graduate Degree or above in Engineering, Shipping, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or experience in a similar position at Energy Industry (Wind related) • Minimum of 3-5 years related logistical experience in a well-established international company. • Experience with project oriented work in a make-to-order environment and understanding the importance of project plans and deadlines • Demonstrated proficiency in following software: SAP (PE) or equivalent ERP software, SAP Document Management System, Engineering Change Management and Microsoft Office. • Good communication skills in English both written and orally Competencies • High interpersonal and communication skills, focusing on good teamwork • Service minded • Open minded and good at sharing and gathering information within a team • The ability to see the bigger picture and quickly get an overview of complex situations • Proven ability to work in a time-sensitive setting without loose the focus. • Capable to take fast decision and react to changes of circumstances • Able to cope with change and working under ambiguous circumstances • Learn willing • Organized mind set-up What We Offer Vestas provides an open, respectful and global culture, and long-term career development.
