About the Role

Reporting to CPO in Finland, you will play a key role in managing the HR Department in Spain with a human-centric perspective and a business strategy vision.

Working directly with our Country Director, you will be the main point of contact for Area Directors across the organization, providing both expert strategic thinking and leadership skills.

Aligned with the Global Team, you will be responsible for bringing to life the people strategy, working cross functional with all our offices at Barcelona, Madrid, Granada, A Coruña y Oviedo with currently 250 employees at a high speed growth.

Main Tasks :

  • Partner with the senior leadership stakeholders from the different Business Units, always aligned with People processes.
  • Lead the HR Team, currently with 2 people taking care of Recruitment and Labour Counseling.
  • Partner with the Directors area's leadership to identify business needs aligned with organization plans and team growth (structure, costs) to ensure and enable the correct recruitment process.
  • Lead the implementation of global HR policies and practices at the country level.
  • Ensure training and development is key, making it a core topic at the leadership level within the teams.
  • Support the business to identify and implement a learning and development process and ensure a continuous learning environment.
  • Maintain a strong focus on employee experience, monitor employee engagement, and create Best working place in the industry.
  • Leads the communication of the most complex HR services, initiatives, programs and benefits.
  • Designs the ongoing maintenance, development and implementation of HR policies, and coordinate these are consistent with labor laws.
  • Compiles and prepares more complex reports, presentations, and/or personnel statistics.

Essential Experience :

  • Background in HR Management or Business Administration.
  • Previous experience as a People Partner or HRBP role for more than 5 years.
  • HR Knowledge in Spanish environment.
  • A human - centric view with a business first attitude.
  • Experience navigating complex scenarios, acting as an advisor for senior leadership stakeholders
  • Experience in rapidly growing environments will be highly valuable.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills at all levels.
  • Availability to travel.
  • Locally working in Spanish, ability to work also in English.
