Real Estate Finance Associate

Do you have experience within the Corporate Finance of a Real Estate company or in the Real Estate advisory of an Auditing company or within bankin? Do you speak fluently English (C1 level)? Tasks In your day-to-day, you will be responsible for: • Managing financing transactions and processes within real estate • Obtaining financing offers and term sheets and negotiating them • Negotiating loan agreements • Carrying out risk assessments and recommending them to the internal investment committee for conclusion • Cooperating in the provision of collateral • Ensuring the fulfilment of CPs (Conditions Precedent) and loan disbursement • Reviewing covenants and reporting to lenders • Maintaining and expanding the financing network • Taking care of the general management of financing commitments Requirements You are the person we are looking for if: • You have experience within the market follow-up of a mortgage bank , or in the corporate finance of a real estate company or in the real estate advisory of an auditing company • You have at least a C1 level of English (mandatory) • You have a degree in Law, Business Administration or similar • You have good knowledge of Excel and other MS Office tools. • You're precise, methodic, collaborative and solution-oriented • You're based in Spain Benefits We're offering: • Salary up to €55k gross/year • Flexible working hours • 100% remote work (in Spain) • Career development opportunities • Indefinite contract with a final client • Work in a fun but hard-working and multicultural environment Talent Search People is an international recruitment and human resources consultancy founded in 2006 with the aim of finding talent and turning it into an opportunity.
