JOB SUMMARY : The incumbent will support the Customer Service & Logistics team handling the full spectrum of Contact to Cash Order processes (using ERP systems, SAP) such as the preparation of orders, shipping documents, invoicing, rebates, and complaints.

The incumbent scope of action will be the export markets of DECCO Ibérica, and domestic as needed.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create sales contracts and sales orders in SAP in an accurate and timely matter.
  • Coordinate with the Supply Chain team on plant/stock point inventory levels and any issues related to shipping.
  • Create delivery requests, coordinate physical delivery for the logistics team, and provide customers with delivery notifications.
  • Effectively communicate with various internal and external customers.
  • Understanding of customers' requirements and Decco’s order process and establishing a win-win outcome to ensure smooth delivery of products to provide excellent services to customers and distributors.
  • Be involved in Business Improvement projects as they come up.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE :

  • Studies in Business/Logistics/Supply Chain preferred with a minimum of 2 years Customer Service & Logistics experience in international markets.
  • Business English competence (other languages is a plus).
  • Experience with SAP desirable.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
