LOGISTICS ENGINEER (1-YEAR INTERIM)

EPS Works SL designs, manufactures and sells high precision GPS receivers to global customers. Due to maternity leave we are looking for a temporary Team Leader for our Logistics Team. The candidate will coordinate and support the logistics team in the following tasks: preparation of daily orders, stock control, PO requests, courier services coordination, manufacturing support, packaging, etc. The applicant will also be responsible for internal reporting and Operating Procedures optimization. If the candidate also has experience in software development, mechanical o electronic design, will also help the development team in some supporting tasks. The candidate needs to be ready to share office with the administrative and logistics team and work remotely with the rest of the team, suppliers, .... The candidate must live in Lleida or its surroundings (Segrià). Previous experience in a similar position is not required, but a minimum 2 years of working experience are expected. • Prepare orders • Coordination with logistics companies for pickup, delivery and customs clearance • Assist manufacturing department • Online help-desk: customer service for logistics related questions • Shipping: track parcels, follow orders placed to strategic suppliers and ensure the timely receipt of materials • Monthly reporting & Process optimization anglès (parlat b2 - avançat, escrit b2 - avançat)
