Functions and Responsibilities

  • Supporting international IT systems, with focus on the Shop and Warehouse Personnel planning system of our client
  • Analyzing and working with specific tickets in the scope of work
  • Build bridges of communication with key users in each country
  • Being a contact person for colleagues at the head office in Germany
  • Be in continuous contact with other teams and work on documentation as well as knowledge transfer within the team.

Experience and knowledge requirements

  • Studies in IT sector, or similar experience in IT sector
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in support, preferably at level 2
  • Technical knowledge, IT skills and good knowledge of processes and troubleshooting
  • Strong analytical skills and an affinity for process optimization is a must have
  • Knowledge of SQL and XML databases
  • Good communication skills, customer oriented, proactive and team oriented
  • Advanced level of German and English

Nice to have

  • Previous experience with Shift Planning Systems
  • Working in a multinational company
