Duties and Responsibilities

  • Respond to phone calls and emails in a timely and professional manner
  • Direct support to Territory Managers and dispatch
  • Send out emails for reimbursements, approvals, QC’s
  • Complete and maintain databases and daily spreadsheets
  • Concrete and stone reconciliation
  • Purchase Orders
  • Change Orders
  • Track rental equipment
  • Other duties within the scope, spirit and purpose of the job as requested by management
