Trade Finance Graduate / AnalystEbury León - 4 days in the office Department: Trade Finance OperationsAs part of the Trade Finance Operational Team, you will be responsible for approving new requests to finance the purchase of goods or provision of services in line with company policies, processes and procedures. You will conduct appropriate due diligence checks on transactions to mitigate any risk involving Trade Based Money Laundering, Fraud and Sanctions.This is a hybrid role of Operations and Client Servicing for Trade Finance so you will need to be an effective communicator, with the ability to take ownership of client issues and remain accountable through to completion. This is an excellent opportunity to join a rapidly growing, international company in a role which offers professional growth and career progression.Responsibilities: Processing of new TF requests promptly and efficiently to facilitate trade processCarrying out appropriate due diligence checks on transactions in line with company AML, TBML, Fraud, Risk and Sanctions policies and escalating where requiredConduct Screening on TF transactions and ensure alerts are reviewed and discounted appropriately, in line with company policies and proceduresProvide a high level of customer service to clients, acting on their instructions in accordance to internal procedures and responding in a timely mannerComplete tasks allocated by line manager with focus and in a timely mannerCommunicate the status of tasks to colleagues, supervisors and managers, and escalate problems swiftly as neededTake ownership of client issues and remain accountable through to completionAct as stakeholder between departments to ensure smooth processing of client tradeEnsure all transactions processed are in accordance with all internal policies, processes and procedures Requirements: Proactive, with the ability to work within strict time-frames and under pressureDiligent, with excellent attention to detailNumerate with an analytical mind and strong problem solving skillsEffective research skills with an ability to find solutions independentlyFast learning with the ability to multitask and prioritise workload appropriatelyGood communication skills, both written and verbalCo-operative, and comfortable working in a team environmentCurious and eager to learn, and actively asks questions to confirm understanding of processes and proceduresMotivated, with a desire to make Ebury a successMust be fluent in English and Spanish, fluency in another language is an advantage #LI-GC2#LI-Onsite
