Sales Zone Leader- Southern Europe

What you’ll do :

  • Identify, coach, motivate and lead the team to service Regional Customers by Product Line & Channel
  • Accountable for defining and achieving profit plan sales in defined Zone
  • Accountable for orders forecasting by Zone, Country and Product Line
  • Achieve outgrowth targets as defined by the organization
  • Own and execute the Go to Market (GTM) strategy for the defined Zone
  • Interface and work with global account team to execute growth initiatives within your zone
  • Manage and execute the Commercial policy for EMEA within Zone
  • Leverage internal business partners to support the Zone
  • Lead change initiatives effectively ensuring on-going communication with all stakeholders
  • Develop and implement world-class sales organization and processes
  • Responsible for ensuring a reliable forecasting and clear reporting for the region

Qualifications :

  • University, Post university degree in Business or Technical area
  • Experience in a similar role in the Energy Industries preferably as part of a multi-national organization organized under a matrix structure
  • Experience in a diverse organization operating in a highly regulated industry involving the negotiation and management of long-term, fixed-price and performance-based contracts

Skills :

  • Strong leadership skills required
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate across different cultures / geographic regions
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills, inclusive of customer and management presentations
  • Good understanding of operating within the legal requirements being compliant with local rules and regulations
