And you can maximize your work-life balance and flexibility through our .Job DescriptionWe’re looking for a Senior Project Engineer to join our global team to help deliver and roll out our DWB (double wall block) manufacturing solution for 8 new lines across Europe. In this role, you’ll assist with the business case package creation, project management and execution of the manufacturing and automation equipment. This role will require technical understanding of manufacturing with plastics, or someone from the injection moulding, blow moulding or extrusion fields.Our double wall block is a combination of recycled plastic and wood chippings which adds great durability to our pallets as well as offer a recycling solution to our customers.Key responsibilities:Supporting the 3rd party with the operation of the equipment using 6Sigma tools to define, measure, analyze, improve and control issues that arise on the equipmentEnsuring process reliability and Mean time between failures objectives are reachedManage all activities associated with capital project execution to include equipment layout and scope development, vendor selection and requests for quote, purchase order generation, contractor selection, on-site supervision during the installation and start-up of equipment and proper tagging and accounting of new equipment.Active and timely communications to Key Stakeholders beginning with project development and approval, through final commissioning and qualificationCoordinate training of on-site personnel as needed for system operation and maintenanceEnsure newly deployed automation supports successful vertical ramp and achievement of long-term objectivesWhat you’ll need:Background in mechanical, electrical or industrial engineering would be ideal.Project engineering and / or related project management experience.Skilled in Project Management – MS Project desiredEffective Communication and Collaboration with multiple stakeholder levelsIndustrial material handling automation experience, conveyance, robotics etcManufacturing environment with strong control system and electrical experience.LDPE/HDPE Extrusion or injection / blow moulding experienceWhat we Offer:Flexible / Hybrid Working EnvironmentAnnual Bonus Scheme3 days of volunteering leave per annumAccess to an Employee Assistance ProgramAccess to the Brambles MyShare SchemeFantastic opportunities for personal and professional developmentAccess to further benefits and discounts via a Benefits App.Further local / country specific benefitsIf you feel it’s a good fit for you, please don’t wait for this advert to disappear, apply now!
