David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company that is looking to recruit French speaking Customer Service Representative for their Barcelona office.Position: Customer Service RepresentativeLocation: Barcelona, SpainEmployment type: Full-timeRemuneration: Base salary + bonus.**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:- Log call details onto call management systems and provide response and resolution within SLA- Escalate potential service issues to more senior team member, if required- Use upselling/cross-selling technics to maximize revenue- Provide cover for other Agents in their absence- Liaise with Supervisor on specific projects where requested- Understand and comply with administrative duties including holiday,sickness and overtime- Any additional tasks as assigned by the Supervisor.**REQUIREMENTS**:- Native/fluent in French, both oral and written.
