For our new hotel opening we are looking for a * Night Manager .**

Night Manager*

Your Tasks : The moment a guest steps into one of our hotels, they walk into a genuinely memorable experience. As Night Manager you’ll deliver this through managing all aspects of the front office (for example guest registration, porter services, business centre, telephone services, concierge services, and guest reservations). You’ll also create the warm atmosphere that makes our guests feel at home in any location.

Your tasks include:

• Managing all aspects of the front office (guest registration, porter services, business centre, telephone services, concierge services and guest reservations)
• Performs a review of the collections at the end of the day against the client's billing
• Investigate any accounting discrepancies
• Manage reports at the end of the day, ensuring the accuracy and possible correctness of all charges for the day (breakfast, room service, any extras) and fixed charges scheduled for the next day (taxes, garage, accommodation, additional sale of breakfast )
• Investigate anomalies found between daily reports, control charges cancellations
• Review of all reservations entered on the day and arrivals of the next day
• Supervision and analysis of agency commissions with payment errors.
• Solve customers problems

Your Personality :

• Customer service attitude
• Proven work experience as a night manager
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• Computer skills
• Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
• Ability to handle stress and stay calm under pressure
• Office Management is a plus
