About the Sales Executive role... This role is a great way to get into - or continue growing - in the tech space, and put your sales skills to task in a dynamic, supportive, and fun team environment. We have a world class induction program to ensure you are set up for success. We won't throw you into the deep end - you'll be trained on our products, industry and sales processes. Our clients love us and the value our products bring to their bottom line. It will be your job to find out how our platform is best suited to their needs, and to sell those features and benefits. You will be building awareness of our products that will benefit the client's property, whether it’s a B&B or 50+ rooms - we have solutions for all needs. What you'll do... - Rocking a headset like it’s going out of style - you’re busy reaching out to customers and spending 80% of your time on outbound calls. - During these calls, you’re creating sales opportunities - presenting our solutions to customers, doing demos, negotiating terms and closing deals. You will be managing the full sales cycle. - A hotel owner having a hard day? You’ll find out why, and show them how our solution can help address their day-to-day challenges. - Working independently but never alone - our team managers are here to make you shine! You will receive training and coaching on a regular basis from your first day. - Celebrating the successes of the day, because, let’s be honest, you earned it. - Continue learning about yourself and adding to your skill bank with our career growth, development and progression plans. What you have... - High-volume outbound sales experience, and thirst for much more! - Hunter mentality - you are persistent in approaching and following up with customers, and you are motivated to close deals - Native Spanish speaker, with full working proficiency in English - Experience in the hotel/hospitality industry or in a software as a service (SaaS) company is a big plus - Be fearless in leading meetings with customers - A strong desire to learn and succeed in tech sales - Self-motivation and drive to continually grow - Please send us your CV in English!
