What are we are looking for? We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Owner to lead the development of a digital solutions for the connected, cooperative and automated mobility. As the Product Owner, you will be responsible for driving the definition and implementation of  an autonomous driving scenarios database platform with the objectives outlined by a European Union funding program. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, vehicle testing and engineering experts, project stakeholders, and external partners to ensure the successful delivery of projects and digital services that address societal challenges and promote technological advancements. Part of your daily activities will consist of: - Work closely with stakeholders to elicit, prioritize, and document project requirements, ensuring clarity and alignment between business and technical goals. - Define and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and strategic direction, balancing short-term deliverables with long-term objectives. - Identify potential risks and challenges associated with project delivery and develop mitigation strategies to address them effectively. - Implement agile methodologies and best practices to manage project development, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and adaptability. - Oversee the quality of deliverables, ensuring they meet stakeholder expectations, while adhering to project budgets and timelines. Qualifications Profile - 2 years of experience as project manager, product owner or similar role, preferably in the automotive or technology industry. - Experience working in Agile environments and with product management tools such as Jira and Confluence.   - Passion for innovation, with a keen interest in data-driven technologies and the future of mobility. - Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate within large scale projects. - Experience in design, implementation and maintenance of database systems - Understanding of autonomous driving technology and the challenges of function development and validation is a plus. Education - Degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science or Software Engineering or similar. Languages - Fluent in Spanish and English.
