Continuous Learning Training Program Manager

We are looking for a talented Learning Program Manager to join Criteo's Sales Training and Development team to help launch and scale sales and product training programs with the goal to better serve our Commercial Team globally. This role is critical to Criteo's Sales Transformation process and part of the overall Sales Enablement initiatives worldwide.

The role also requires collaboration with a variety of stakeholders including SMEs and senior level leaders across multiple disciplines/functional roles.

The Continuous Learning Training Program Manager handles developing the roadmap and associated training strategy with the learner in mind, creating and delivering learning experiences through instructor-led sessions, eLearning, videos, and documentation, managing training logistics and tools, and implementing and supporting robust measurement to continuously improve the effectiveness of training in a compressed timeframe.

We are seeking a Continuous Learning Training Program Manager who will evaluate and improve existing training offerings, identify gaps across all domains (skill and tools, product knowledge, industry, and functional expertise), deploy existing and develop new training programs as needed.

Key job responsibilities

  • Design, propose, implement, and execute on Sales Training initiatives that drive change leading to tangible business results
  • Optimise and implement improvements in processes and work resulting in optimal learning and business outcomes
  • Design, conduct and implement needs analysis that uncovers training opportunities
  • Identify, define, track, and continuously assess the effectiveness of training, and implement suggestions for improvement across assigned programs
  • Develop program roadmap and lead end-to-end management including content management, logistics, communication, delivery and facilitator coordination, analytics, and reporting
  • Build relationships and collaborate with cross-functional business partners globally, to uncover and support learning priorities
  • Experience developing and driving large scale learning programs across multiple geographies
  • Experience in designing, developing and launching Academy-type learning programs, with complex role-defined learning paths and gamification
  • Solid program management skills including planning work, managing details, keeping multiple tasks/projects on track, and delivering results

Qualifications :

  • A minimum of 2 yrs. of experience working as a project manager or learning program coordinator role.
  • Solid understanding of Sales metrics
  • Solid understanding of Adult Learning Theory
  • 5+ years of experience running global sales training or/and enablement programs
  • Experience building strategic training programs at a global level
  • Experience in program managing Onboarding or Continuous Learning Programs for Global Audiences
  • Demonstrated Change Management experience including the ability to work with sponsors to address barriers to a team’s success.
  • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
  • Experience managing or administering LMS (Learning Management System) and Content Management Systems.
  • PMP certification is a plus
  • Previous experience with gamification is a plus
