IF you have a knack of hunting down talent from Sweden, sourcing your own leads for amazing clients on a global scale then we WANT TO HEAR FROM YOU!  We offer a commission based structure, meaning your earnings will be directly tied to your ability to successful place candidates in hot jobs. Location: Remote anywhere in EMEA Employment type: Freelance - able to invoice Remuneration: Commission per placed candidates RESPONSIBILITIES: Utilise various sourcing channels of your choice like job boards, social media, and networking to find and attract top-notch candidates Conduct, Assess and determine the perfect fit for specific job roles across the world Work closely with our Senior leadership team to ensure the recruitment process run effortlessly for our candidates Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers like a pro REQUIREMENTS: Proficient in English (spoken and written) - this is a must! if you also speak Swedish that will help immensely!
