Human Factor Engineer

Engineer specialized in Human Factors and Safety. This full-time opportunity is based in Spain, with the possibility of working from home a part of the time. This role requires exceptional performance and strong communication skills for customer interactions. Overview of the team. The team you will join is an industry leader in safety management by creating a strong and effective safety culture. Once you join us, you will work on a cultural transformation program for Repsol, a big company in the Oil & Gas sector through the creation and operation of Safety Academies. Previously, you will have a period of initial training, both theoretical and practical. Your Day-to-day At the end of the training period, which will require presence in both ours and client's facilities, you will be incorporated into our Madrid Site, from which you will carry out trips to client facilities to implement support activities, At these destination sites, you will carry out consulting and training tasks at the client's facilities, both offices, classrooms and the industrial complexes themselves. What we need This is a position for a technical profile (technical degree) with a strong vocation for training and the ability to adapt to changes.
