**Hello!**At Factorial we're looking for a **Chief of Staff **to help us boost the company to the next level.**Ready to be part of the challenge? ****The Role**We are looking for a Chief of Staff** **to work alongside our CEO.What will you be doing:- Lead, together with the CEO & the rest of the Management team, key strategic initiatives.- Lead Factorial's M&A; efforts (M&A; strategy definition, deal sourcing, screening, orchestrating integration of acquired companies).- Lead, together with CEO, fundraising processes.- Manage day-to-day relationship with existing and potential future investors.- Support Board Meetings.- Lead Strategic Partnerships (partnership strategy definition, partnerships sourcing,
