About the role

Carrier Transicold is looking for a a highly motivated Aftersales Manager - Trucks & Trailers Refrigeration** to contribute to Spanish Management Team to further develop Business of Carrier Transicold España and design and improve internal processes to gain productivity improvement, customer and employee satisfaction.

As Aftersales Manager , you’ll provide leadership to the After Sales function, covering 24 h service, contracts & warranty management and technical support, to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

To be successful in this role you’ll have:

  • Technical and / or Business Background - Engineering and/ or business administration
  • 3- 5 years of experience and knowledge of the Aftersales management (repairs, maintenance, service network), preferably in the same industry
  • International working experience preferred
  • Experience and skills leading teams
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and customer-oriented attitude
  • Fluent speaking and writing in English and Spanish is required (minimum B2)
  • Willingness to travel (25-30% of time)
  • Valid EU work permit

Responsibilities

As a Aftersales Manager you’ll be responsible for managing the Aftersales function, including:

  • Hot line: Internal (sales, logistics, parts); Field network; Customers (BB, End users...)
  • Warranty: Control and monitor warranty activities; Data base Input (TEMP: Mar); Follow-up parts return, MPR; Control commissioning
  • Goodwill: quote repair & estimate if justify, for the commercial dept.
  • Field Communication: Technical Advance warnings & DOA; Claims; Repair when maintenance; Fleets follow up; Urgent recall
  • 24 Hours service: Statistics; Feed back to field
  • Field test management: On fleet; On bodybuilder
  • CTE partners administrator
  • Aftermarket P&L reporting
  • Forecast reporting
  • Closing management: Check prevision of invoicing, credit note of commissioning, goodwill and warranty activity
  • Communication with other Carrier Transicold entities: Inter-company invoicing; guarantee of payment out of 24hours service; Technical issue; Foreign customer claims
  • Communication with CTI, CTE & Kit dept
  • EH&S first aid member
