About the role As our Director of Revenue Operations  you will partner with our CRO to make sure we maximize the output of all of Amenitiz revenue generating activities. You will oversee the Sales and Marketing processes, pipeline efficiency and the tools and systems supporting this. You will empower our Sales and Marketing leaders to make decisions with accurate reporting and forecasting, bringing quality information to the business. At Amenitiz, Revenue Operations is at the heart of our commercial team (they literally sit in the middle of sales & marketing in the office!) so as Director of Revenue Operations you will have an incredibly impactful, central and highly visible role!  Your missions: As our Director of Revenue Operations your top 4 missions are: Create, resource and delivery our Rev Ops strategy to ensure Amenitiz can not only achieve our growth goals but exceed them. Build a best in class tooling and automation for not only the Rev Ops team but the wider Sales & Marketing teams to 10x our teams impacts Foster very strong relationships with Sales & Marketing to ensure they see Rev Ops are a true value add to Amenitiz Build a data driven, scalable and most importantly reliable forecasting operation for Amenitiz Your profile: You have a  p roven track record of success leading a Rev Ops/Sales Ops function  (Ideally in a SaaS B2B environment) You are  o utcomes-driven with extremely analytical & data-driven DNA! You pride yourself on your ability to  deliver quickly and impactfully You have  un-ending curiosity and are always looking for those 1% improvements You have experience leading, developing and inspiring a high performing team of Rev Ops experts!
