Posted on:11/04/2024Job type:PermanentSector:Pharmaceutical and HealthcareGlobal Responsibility Conduct talent acquisition processes focused on the recruitment and selection activities, from the requirements definition to the onboarding of new employees.Specific ResponsibilitiesConduct requirements definition for new vacancies with the hiring manager and clarify the profile to look for.Outline the search strategy for each profile and evaluate and select the best channel to advertise each vacancy, proposing to the Recruitment Manager new talent sources.Conduct direct search, headhunting and screening, shortlisting the best profiles for each position and carry out all the tests defined in the selection process (personal interviews, assessment center, languages tests, etc.).Coordinate with providers the externalized searches, ensuring the process’ quality and deadlines and conducting an internal filter prior to the final interview.Prepare and negotiate salary conditions package within potential hiring candidates.Coordinate and negotiate the relocation allowances for the foreign selected candidates.Conduct the onboarding of the selected candidate, coordinating personnel administration and other involved departments.Prepare and follow up the induction plan of new employees.Conduct follow up meetings with new employees after 6 months starting period.Conduct exit interviews and report feedback to the hiring manager.Collaborate with the Recruitment Manager in the planning of medium and long-term recruitment needs.Take care of the update of the job descriptions.Coordinate, definition and launching of the new recruitment tool (HR20 Recruitment) and giving support/training to the managers and employees.Collaborate in employer branding actions with universities and business schools.Work closely with the managers to plan their annual recruitments needs and identify key people in their teams in order to retain talent in the company.Supporting manufacturing sites in recruitment strategies and organizational changes.Requirements Education: Degree in Psychology or similar. Master in Human Resources will be an asset.Languages: Fluent Spanish and English, knowledge of other languages will be an asset.Experience (years/area): +5 years of experience in talent acquisition positions for Life Sciences Companies. Experience in recruitment agencies and/or headhunting will be very valuable.Specific Knowledge: Knowledge on technical/scientific profiles and competency-based selection. Knowledge on Success Factor will be very valuable.
