Job description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Onboarding Manager to ensure a smooth and seamless onboarding experience for Bynder's new customers. You will be responsible for implementing all contract deliverables, managing timelines, and setting our customers up for long-term success. You consult on Bynder best practises, do project management, and are the technical point of contact during the entire customer onboarding phase.

As Customer Onboarding Manager you have a great mix of people skills and technical aptitude. You are able to translate a customer's wishes into a strong system setup that the customer can use with maximum satisfaction. You are a professional project manager who can demonstrate Bynder's value quickly, and you are a strong product consultant who empowers the customer team to become Bynder champions.

You can manage multiple projects at once and keep deadlines, you can deal with different types of customers, you have a keen eye for detail, and are able to accurately distinguish between major and minor challenges.

What will you do :

  • Manage the timely and complete implementation of the Bynder suite
  • Consult and advise the customer on asset bank taxonomy and metadata structures, workflows and use cases, and Bynder business processes
  • Identify and act on opportunities to optimize MarCom processes and change management
  • Act as the customer's voice to our Product Team, presenting technical issues and improvement requests
  • Be the Bynder use case and technical expert for Sales and Customer Success

What you have :

  • You are a fluent in English and speak at least one other European language
  • You have relevant professional experience in project management, technical implementation, and/or consultancy; preferably in digital industries. Understanding of experience with API and integrations is a huge plus. Experience with professional-level video editing will help you out as well
  • You have a Bachelor's or Master's level of critical thinking
  • You have great organisation skills
  • You have strong affinity with tech, affinity with video editing software is a big plus
  • You are comfortable in front of groups
  • You are willing to travel
  • You have the ability to learn on the fly and can manage your own time effectively
  • You are an excellent oral and written communicator
  • You can explain complex technical concepts in simple terms.
