We are building the agriculture digital platform of the future and we need a Digital Customer Journey Product Owner to coordinate the many streams in this journey and be the pivot point between internal actors and partner developers supporting a team of digital product owners.

Your Challenge:
  1. Coordinate the digital transformation program in the region.
  2. Lead the Customer Journey definition and its declination in the different streams, helping to define use cases and making sure all developments are coherent and maximize reusability.
  3. Voice of the customer within digital, ensuring the final customers and local stakeholders are well represented in the digital transformation.
  4. Agile expert, coordinating a group of Product Owners and their respective squad and aligning priorities.
  5. In charge of all transversal topics managing your own delivery squad managing backlog and priorities.
  6. Taking initiative to solve problems and create new insights, trends, and products based on data and analytics.
  7. Being a problem-solver with good communication and collaboration skills.
  8. Remove roadblocks (organizational and technical) for solution deployment.
  9. Project Management and hands-on while being able to coordinate and influence local stakeholders.

Qualifications:

To Grow What Matters, You Will Need:

  1. Master's degree in relevant discipline: Business, organizational studies or IT Management.
  2. 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with demonstrated experience in leadership of product managers, business analyst, or agile scrum master.
  3. Strong understanding of web and mobile technologies and industries.
  4. Experience managing a development squad and technical people in an agile methodology.
  5. Good communication skills, able to communicate the product strategy to the team.
  6. Nice to have: experience using Adobe suite: Adobe Experience Management, Adobe Analytics and personalization.
  7. Experienced using CMS and project Management tools.
  8. Able to navigate an environment with high complexity and pressure.
  9. International mindset is a MUST.
  10. Fluent in English, any additional language an asset.
  11. Travel up to 15% is a requirement.
