Omega CRM is a Merkle & Dentsu company, leader in development of Customer Experience services, with +20 years of experience in the use of Technology applied to Marketing and providing a unique Customer Relationship with mainly focus on Innovation is looking for an Integration Architect.You will be responsible for designing the integration architecture and providing guidance to integration specialists in developing integration solutions for our clients' projects. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of business requirements and be able to collaborate with business and technology leaders, enterprise architects, and end-users to propose and implement solutions.Main responsibilities:Design and validate complex architectures, ensuring successful implementation.Analyze and challenge multiple IT scenarios based on the business environment.Design and document integration architecture and solutions, incorporating design patterns, best practices, and adherence to standards while minimizing custom development.Collaborate with the internal team to design Salesforce integrations from a data and integration perspective.Lead a team of integration specialists, both onshore and offshore, in building and testing the documented design.Utilize project management and interpersonal skills to oversee concurrent projects, working with internal and external teams. Mandatory Skills: Strong expertise in Application Integration Architecture, API and Microservices architecture, Solution Design, and Development using SOA/EAI solutions. Mulesoft or Talend knowledge or exprience is a plus.Extensive experience in system implementation processes, including design, configuration, customization, integration, testing, and support.Ability to document requirements for developers and a solid understanding.Excellent problem-solving and project management skills, with experience in Agile and waterfall methodologies.Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders, support personnel, and clients at all levels. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proven ability to successfully juggle multiple projects, deliverables, and deadlines at once.Experience integrating with CRM solutions, with broad knowledge of the Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.) being advantageous.
