Senior Identity & Access Management Security Specialist

ROLE: Operations Act as subject matter expert in the area of Identity and Access Management (IGA, Access Management, PAM) and lead roadmap definition with market analysis. Focus on cyber security and advisory services, information security and risk assessments of processes, applications, systems. Organize and facilitates workshops with business users to define IT value proposition. Work across domains and coordinates appropriate experts to identify far reaching implications of incidents by assessing solution and anticipating potential regressions. Update and leverages documentation on functional changes based on requirements. Debug and rectifies functionality-related system faults. Work with IT End User Support to improve customer satisfaction by: industrializing / automating service delivery. Liaise between business users and developers during test period. Take ownership and technical lead for I&AM and cyber security solution and processes. Projects Elicit and determine requirements for multi-dimensional projects, aligning with Business Sponsor on the goals and deliverables of the project(s). Liaise with internal and external business partners and the vendor community to ensure access to the expertise needed to best support the project. Be responsible for all project processes and documentation according to the GIS project management standards. Consistently provide internal and external stakeholder communications and progress reports that effectively outline the project status, risks, issues and action plans to ensure project success. Ensure alignment of identified solutions with the enterprise architecture. Responsible to define, support validation, and follow-up of project budget all along the various phases of the project, ensuring its alignment with the global GIS budget. Ability to quickly identify and manage risks and potential issues and initiating appropriate corrective actions, and executing project change management process. Ensure project closing and on-going support is in place at project end. PROFILE: Preferably a Master degree in a Technology related field of study or Bachelor’s degree with extensive relevant experience. At least 5 years of experience in OKTA and/or One Identity including Designing, Deploying, Maintaining and Supporting in particular with proven experience of upgrade or migration. Proven experience & expertise on the area of IAM and/or CIAM and/or PAM. At least 8 years of process and configuration experience in in the areas of Identity & Access Management. Proven knowledge in managing third-party service delivery. Strong communication skills, able to understand problems and present solutions towards business partners. Project Management skills to lead process change initiatives. Good analytical skills with ability for business partnering to understand business requirements and transform into IT solutions. Independent, and hands-on working style, team player, highly self-motivated, proactive and change oriented. ITIL certification is an asset. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to collaborate with global teams across multiple countries. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with high level of diplomacy, customer focused.
