With us, you canWe are looking for a Maintenance Service Supervisor. The individual chosen will undertake the responsibility of executing the service in accordance with the scope outlined in the contract. This includes identifying and managing the necessary resources, such as personnel and materials. Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) set for the service will also be part of their duties. Additionally, they will oversee cost control aligned with the budget, as well as manage technicians involved in the service, including organizing work teams and shifts.Main tasks and responsibilities Determine the Required resources to perform the service properly , (Human, Equipment, Material, and son on). coordinated with the Department Director and the Service Coordinator Collaborate in the Budget Draw Cost control according to Budget and Service Management Guidelines Send Needed Information for Invoicing Control and coordination of internal and external resources involved Optimisation of resources , (Humans, Materials, Equipments and subcontractors), avoiding duplication and dowtime Control of the jobs and tasks assuring that meet the quality requirements and meets the service technical requirements and scope. What you’ll need to succeed Education: Engineering Degree (Mechanical / Industrial Maintenance) Postgraduate in Industrial Maintenance. Knowledge and Competencies: 5 years of experience in Industrial Machinery Maintenance Capacity for planning, organization and coordination of resources and work teams. Experience in budget deveoping, execution, follow up and cost control Ability to work under pressure and aimed at achieving goals Ability to motivate and manages work teams Knowledge of safety and quality procedures and standards Control and Manage the Service KPIS Ability to deal with customer and commercial customer management.
