Job DescriptionAbout the roleReporting to the Regional Digital CoE Lead based in Portugal, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the EURAM Regional priority products content strategy that generates the best customer experience (CX) across all segments and channels. Working with cross-functional teams, including Global and local business units, you will be in charge of curating branded and unbranded content that engages our customers through EURAM digital channels and Omnichannel touchpoints. As a key member of our Regional Commercial Operations team, you will be part of a group of 27 experts who provide strategic and tactical support to our commercial country clusters in Europe, Russia, Turkey, North Africa, and the Middle East, with a focus on Commercial Strategy, Marketing, Communications, Supply Chain, and Regulatory Affairs. We're building a team of 4 talented individuals who will collaborate with customers and create state-of-the-art marketing programs for the priority franchises in EURAM.Main tasks and responsibilitiesTake charge of defining and implementing the content strategy for EURAM, ensuring alignment with the omnichannel campaign strategy. You will be responsible for identifying and leveraging existing content, creatively repurposing it into different formats, and verifying the integrity of data sources to promote reuse of global content across the digital ecosystem. As the owner of the end-to-end process for regional review and approval of branded and unbranded content, you will work closely with our Digital Channel Specialists to analyze content marketing strategies and implement the best SEO practices for targeting specific audiences. Collaborating with our MCM & Omnichannel Engagement Campaign Manager, you will design and produce the proper content for each channel according to brand strategy and customer needs.Your profile Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field and possess multiple years of relevant experience as a digital marketing consultant or specialistA strong understanding of lead generation, digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and SEO best practices. Superior communication skills, can operate across all levels of a complex, culturally diverse matrix organization, and exhibits excellent planning, organizational, and project execution skills, with a hands-on attitude and keen attention to detail. Excellent command of the English language is required, along with the willingness and ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
