Main responsibilities: Analyses store performance data, including sales metrics, customer feedback, and operational KPIs. Use statistical methods and analytical tools to extract actionable insights. Collaborate with the Store Excellence team to implement strategies for enhancing customer satisfaction. Work with the inventory management team to analyse stock levels, identify trends, and recommend improvements to minimize stockouts and overstocks. Collaborate with the training team to refine and enhance training initiatives. Assess the impact of training programs on employee performance and customer satisfaction. Evaluate store operational processes and workflows to identify opportunities for streamlining operations and improving overall efficiency. Provide recommendations for maintaining consistency and quality across all stores. Create and maintain reporting tools and dashboards that provide key performance indicators to store managers and leadership. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including BI, marketing, and store operations, to gather data and insights for comprehensive analysis. Requirements: 3 to 5 years of experience in data analysis and reporting, proven ability to identify problems, analyse root causes, present findings and recommendations effectively. Previous experience in retail analysis or store management is a plus. Bachelor's degree in mathematics or statistics, analytics, or a related field. Proficient in data analysis and interpretation using tools like Excel, SQL, or BI platforms. High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in data analysis and reporting. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build strong working relationships. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both in Spanish and English Ability to adapt to a dynamic retail environment and respond to changing business needs.
