.Daily supervision of the members of the Agent Support team.

  • Ensuring each member of the team is performing well and meeting their own objectives.
  • Assisting in daily incidents.
  • Having direct contact with different department to establish strategies and campaigns.
  • Supervise the revenue strategies.
  • Monthly meetings with finance to create the forecast (short and long term forecast).
  • Analyze the forecast and data to create weekly strategies in order to keep growing.
  • Daily follow up of statistics to ensure forecasts.
  • Being able to recognize needs and contact different departments to create and develop strategies to improve.
  • Adjustments of exchange rates.
  • Supervision of all the changes created in commissions previously provided.
  • Weekly visits with agents.
