Grifols International SA, as a part of Grifols Holding, is looking for a CRM Specialist who will join Commercial Technical Support (CTS) department in the Diagnostic Business Unit.

What your responsibilities will be

  • Manage the strategy and development of the CRM tool in CTS.
  • Collaborate with the Global Diagnostic  CRM team and IT department to develop the CTS CRM.
  • Collaborate with CTS leadership team (VP, Regional Managers, Controlling, …) to support the measurement of CTS KPI.
  • Manage and define the CTS CRM Training and support regional CTS CRM trainers.
  • Provide support to CTS CRM users and CRM trainers. Interact with Global Diagnostic CRM team, IT and other departments to fix issues.

  • You have a Bachelor's Degree (Engineering, Biotechnology, Biomedical Tech or similar).
  • You have at least 3 years of experience in similar tasks and using CRM software as Servicemax and/or Salesforce.
  • You have proficient knowledge of SAP, Microsoft Office tools and management applications.
  • You have Knowledge of GMP, SAP, ISO and other certifying agency policies and regulations, as a plus requisite.
  • You are empathetic, flexible, proactive and goals oriented.
  • You are self-motivated and self-directed, with strong organizational and interpersonal and communication skills.

Flexibility for U Program: Hybrid Model

Flexible schedule: Monday-Thursday 7-10 to 16-19h and Friday 8-15h.
