This Opportunity : LBS is seeking a Senior Project/Station Manager with extensive knowledge to drive high quality Air Terminal Ground Handling Service (ATGHS) operations, a profitable revenue stream for Louis Berger Aircraft Services, Inc., in support of the Defense Transportation System.

Your Impact :

  • Responsible for the performance of various entities and projects assigned to you by the Vice President and General Manager of Louis Berger Aircraft Services, Inc. and the Director of Operations of Louis Berger Aircraft Services, Inc.
  • Oversee specific areas within the operation including the Air Terminal Operations Center (ATOC), Load Planning, Aircraft Services, Commercial Aircraft Services, Land Bridge Cargo Movement, Passenger and Baggage Services, Transportation Services, Commercial Transportation Services, Funds Handling, Aero-medical Mission Support and Fleet Service.
  • Manage all Contractor personnel on-site to ensure successful contract execution and compliance with all USG requirements, and compliance with Host Nation laws and customs
  • Perform duties which encompass a wide range of leadership and direct contribution activities leading to controlled, profitable growth, creating a more effective operating tempo for Louis Berger Aircraft Services, Inc.
  • Be a driving force in the development of the work ethic, culture and values of the leadership group of Louis Berger Aircraft Services, Inc.
  • Assist in planning, developing and implementing strategy for management of Louis Berger Aircraft Services, Inc. so as to meet agreed organizational performance plans within agreed budgets and timescales (covering all relevant areas of operations, support, and finance).
  • Establish and maintain appropriate systems, metrics, and reports for measuring necessary aspects of operations, to include key performance indicator dashboards.
  • Ensure compliance with requirements for quality management, health and safety, legal stipulations, environmental policies, federal acquisition regulations, other pertinent laws and regulations, and the general duty of care.
  • Review and analyze expenditure, financial, and operations reports to determine that contractual requirements are properly fulfilled and that all applicable standards are met.
  • Assist in developing and executing growth strategy in conjunction with the senior team.
  • Safeguard, promote, and continual improve the Company’s public persona and brand positioning.
  • Develop and maintain productive relationships with clients.
  • Provide timely updates to senior management and the customer; Identify and solve or mitigate program challenges, such as the allocation of resources or negotiating a change to contractual conditions.
  • Work in a fluid and fast-moving growth environment, using resources both inside and external to the organization.
  • Work cooperatively with the corporate staff and other field units.
  • Maintain and develop organizational culture, values and reputation in our markets and with all staff, customers, suppliers, partners and regulatory/official bodies.

Who You Are : Required Qualifications

  • Must have advanced computer skills and be able to operate a variety of computer programs.
  • Must be able to speak, read and write English and Spanish fluently
  • Must maintain a valid driver’s license from their home country with validity for 12 months from on-site employment date
  • Must maintain a valid passport from their home country with validity for 12 months from on-site employment date. Passport must have a minimum of 6 blank pages prior to OCONUS mobilization.
  • Must be CAC eligible and able to gain and maintain authorized entry onto US military installations.
  • Must have or be eligible to obtain a Secret
