Position: Performance Marketing Manager

Location: remote, anywhere in Europe
Work model: fully remote
Employment type: Services Agreement

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  1. Oversee the day-to-day management of paid social media campaigns across platforms like Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Twitter, and Pinterest.
  2. Develop, optimize, and scale campaigns for multiple brands while achieving ROAS targets.
  3. Continuously test and evaluate targeting strategies, ad creatives, landing pages, and different approaches to improve results in app-based campaigns (Android and iOS).
  4. Regularly analyze campaign performance and KPIs to assess success and ensure alignment with goals.
  5. Manage the complete creative development process, including user-generated content (UGC).
  6. Utilize your expertise in Paid Social to understand its role within the broader media mix and its impact on the client's overall business objectives.
  7. Stay current on the latest best practices and strategies in paid social media and user acquisition.
REQUIREMENTS:
  1. Native / fluent in Russian both verbal and written. Fluent in English (C1+ level).
  2. A degree in Marketing or a related field will be considered as a significant advantage.
  3. Minimum of 2 years of experience in Paid Social Media, with a primary focus on Facebook Ads and mobile paid social campaigns.
  4. Previous experience in Forex, Fintech, Financial Services, or Marketing Agencies.
  5. Proven success in managing direct response social media campaigns.
  6. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and manage reporting tools.
  7. Proficient in MMPs such as Appsflyer, Adjust, etc.
  8. Solid technical understanding of social media buying platforms, including Meta, TikTok, Twitter, Pinterest, Snapchat, and LinkedIn.
  9. Hands-on experience with setting up, troubleshooting, and optimizing paid social media campaigns.
  10. Experience with reporting, tracking, and generating insights from campaign data.
  11. High level of initiative, autonomy, enthusiasm, and reliability.
